cPanel: you do not need a separate cPanel password — log in to your client area, open your hosting service, and click through to cPanel directly. You can also reset the cPanel password there.
WordPress: on your WordPress login page click Lost your password? to get a reset email, or reset it from cPanel using the WordPress toolkit / phpMyAdmin. Not sure? WhatsApp us and we will reset it with you.
